Who this covers
Listing agents who install JustShown on Android, and showing agents who open a feedback link in a phone browser. Showing agents do not create an account and do not install the app.
What stays on the listing agent’s phone
Properties you add (name and address), showings you schedule, property photos, feedback you have already received, Trends summaries, Settings prefs, and your question wording live on the device (local app storage and photo files). Optional features that stay on the phone include a calendar named JustShown and showing-day reminders you turn on. “Message showing agent” opens your phone’s own messaging apps — those messages are not sent through our servers.
What leaves the phone
- Feedback form — when you share a link, the showing agent opens it on justshown.com. Answers they submit (ratings, short written replies, and an optional name if they enter one) go to our Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare D1, along with form config for that invite, so replies can land in your property’s feedback inbox.
- Reply notices — if you allow notifications, the app can register a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token (and the invite codes it owns) with
POST /api/fcm/tokenon justshown.com so we can notify that device when a reply arrives. We do not use those tokens for advertising. - Google Play Billing — purchase and restore traffic for the JustShown Pro subscription goes to Google Play.
Properties, showings, photos, and prefs do not upload to our servers as a cloud backup. Calendar writes stay on the device.
Showing agents
Opening a JustShown link does not create an account. The form runs in the browser. What you type is delivered to the listing agent who sent the link. Do not put information in the form that you would not send that agent by text.
Billing
JustShown is a paid Pro subscription on Google Play (monthly or annual), with a free trial for new customers when Google offers one. Billing is handled by Google Play. We receive purchase and entitlement status from Google so the app can unlock Pro; we do not collect your payment card details.
Analytics, crash reporting, and ads
This version does not include advertising, Crashlytics, Sentry, or a third-party analytics SDK. Firebase is used only for Cloud Messaging (push) via firebase_core and firebase_messaging. We do not sell your information.
Children
JustShown is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Deletion and questions
There is no in-app delete-account button and no separate delete page yet. Uninstalling the app clears local data on that phone (properties, showings, photos, prefs, inbox copy). For server-side feedback replies and FCM tokens tied to your links, email privacy@unitedintegratedsupportservices.com and say what to remove. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
